Tove Oldebäck has held multiple roles in various companies throughout their career. Tove started in 2010 as the President of the Erasmus Student Network Sweden in Kalmar. In 2012, they worked as a Consultant at Academic Work and then became a Project Manager and Accountant at Action People AB. Tove joined EF Education First in 2013 as a Junior Product Manager and Course Leader Responsible.
In 2014, Tove worked at Chas Visual Management, initially as a Business Developer/Headhunter, and later as a Talent Manager. At Chas, they were responsible for recruitment and increased the number of female colleagues from 18% to 32%. Tove also served as the Chief Growth Officer, focusing on growth, sales, business development, marketing, and recruitment. Tove led the Expansion department, overseeing strategy and execution, and contributed to Chas winning awards as the 3rd fastest growing IT-consultancy company in Sweden.
From 2017 onwards, Tove has undertaken various roles in different organizations. Tove worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Paradox Interactive until 2019, followed by a brief stint as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Mojang Studios. In 2020, Tove joined Star Stable Entertainment AB as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Currently, Tove works as a Consultant and CEO at Recommended by, where they focus on making the organization recommended by clients and employees. Tove provides consulting services in leadership, business development, and People & Culture.
Tove Oldebäck attended Linnaeus University from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business/Managerial Economics. In 2011, they briefly studied at IMC Krems, where they pursued studies in Marketing, German, and Tourism.
