Gina Sisson

Gina serves as Business Operations Manager supporting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing the firm’s organizational practices. Gina is responsible for monitoring the efficiency of processes and implementing policies and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality. She provides strategic advice in all areas of operations including corporate risk management and regulatory compliance. Gina’s strong decision-making and vision keep RECON running efficiently and effectively in all aspects of operations. She has a BA in Business Administration and a JD from the University of Oregon School of Law.
