Jozef Novikmec

Jozef Novikmec, MBA has a robust work experience in IT and infrastructure management. Jozef began their career as a System Specialist at Lynx s.r.o. in 2000, specializing in the areas of Unix, Linux, and Security. Jozef then moved on to Zentiva in 2002, where they served as a System Engineer for Communication and Security, and later as a Technical Support Manager. In these roles, they managed various aspects of IT, including LAN/WAN support, telecommunication, end user support, data center operations, and integration projects. Jozef also handled financial management, planning, and budgeting for the department. In 2006, Novikmec joined Teleplan International as a Data Center Manager, responsible for the startup and management of the Data Center Support team. Jozef then progressed to the role of IT Director, overseeing global IT infrastructure and data centers. As the Global IT Director - IT Infrastructure Engineering and Security, they were in charge of managing a range of IT infrastructure services and reporting to the CIO. Jozef Novikmec, MBA earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Technical University of Košice, between 1996 and 2001. Jozef later attended the Cambridge Business School (CBS) from 2015 to 2016, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Executive Management.
