Claire Rush

Claire Rush is an experienced investment strategy analyst currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Enhanced Passive and Rates team at Record since July 2023, where responsibilities include building models for trade ideas and optimizing team processes. Prior to this role, Claire worked at Smart Air UK as an Investment Strategy Analyst and also served as an Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to the business. Claire has a history of diverse roles, including a General Assistant at Chiswick Holiday Courses, participation in quantitative finance programs at Jane Street and Gemini, and a nominee for the McKinsey Leadership Academy. Claire began a background in finance and data analysis during work experience at Man AHL and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Astrophysics from the University of Cambridge.
