Elizabeth Goddard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Elizabeth began their career at Tempur UK Ltd as a Direct Sales Advisor from August 2006 to January 2007. Elizabeth then joined Hays as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in February 2007 and held this role until September 2009. Following that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Office Support, PA, and Secretarial roles from September 2009 to August 2010.

In September 2010, they moved to Record Currency Management and started as an HR Assistant until March 2015. From April 2015 to September 2017, they served as an HR Business Partner within the same company. Elizabeth then assumed the role of Associate Director Human Resources from October 2017 to March 2021. Currently, Elizabeth holds the position of Human Resources Director at Record Currency Management, starting in April 2021.

Elizabeth Goddard Assoc. CIPD has a comprehensive education history, starting from their time at Staines Prep School. Elizabeth attended Langley Grammar School from 1999 to 2004, where they pursued their GCSEs. In 2011 and 2012, they studied at Farnborough College of Technology and obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from CIPD. Elizabeth also pursued a Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration at Brooklands College in 2012 and 2013. In 2012, they became an International PPA Practitioner through Thomas International. Elizabeth further enhanced their knowledge and skills by becoming an International GIA Practitioner and an International TEIQue Practitioner through Thomas International in 2014 and 2016, respectively. In 2018, they acquired the HPTI Practitioner, PASS degree from Thomas International. Lastly, Elizabeth attended AWE Advancing Women Executives in 2021 for the Accelerator for Mid-Career Women program.
