Kerry Bales

Kerry Bales is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Recovery Alberta since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kerry Bales held multiple prominent positions at Alberta Health Services, including Chief Program Officer for Mental Health & Addiction and Correctional Health Services, and several Senior Program Officer roles focusing on provincial addiction, mental health, and health system integration. Kerry Bales has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta.
