Keith Fuller

Keith Fuller has a diverse work experience in the game development industry. Keith is currently working as a Game Developer Coach at Game Developer Coaching, where they help game developers solve problems and advance in their careers. Prior to this, in 2021, Keith served as the Acting Head of People at RehabPath. In 2018, they founded All About EX, a company focused on creating better experiences for employees. From 2010 to the present, Keith has been working as a Leadership Development and Employee Engagement Consultant at Fuller Game Production, LLC, collaborating with studios of all sizes to improve their operations, leadership, and development processes. In 2018, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Get Set Games, where they oversaw people operations and ensured alignment with the company's values. From 2011 to 2012, Keith served as the Chapter President at IGDA Wisconsin, and from 1999 to 2010, they held various roles at Raven Software, including Producer, Design Manager, and Game Programmer. Keith's extensive experience in different roles within the game development industry allows him to provide valuable insights and guidance to professionals in the field.

Keith Fuller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. Keith also has additional certifications including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), obtained from Scrum Alliance in March 2011, and Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained from PMI in June 2009.
