Sharae Edwards

Sharae Edwards is the current district manager for Recovery Monitoring Solutions in NYC. Sharae has over 20 years of experience in management and operations, with a focus on developing policies and procedures, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Sharae got their start in management with IST Management Services in 1998, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become senior national implementation manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the implementation of new software systems for the company's clients.

In 2011, Sharae left IST to help start Lavender Pink Bridal Couture, a new fashion couture line. As director of operations, they were responsible for developing the company's business plan and infrastructure. Sharae helped design and implement a new operations scheme and build the corporate infrastructure from the ground up.

After three years at Lavender Pink, Sharae joined Recovery Monitoring Solutions as district manager for NYC. In this role, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's recovery monitoring services in the city.

Sharae Edwards has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Colorado Technical University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Colorado Technical University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration and Management, General from Colorado Technical University. Sharae also attended the University of Florida.

They are on a team with Josh Baca - Field Operations Representative - New Mexico, Madeleine Laskowycz - Case Manager Supervisor. Sharae Edwards reports to Kristi Melling, Director of Field Operations.
