Aly Glover

Aly Glover is an experienced personal trainer with a robust background in fitness and rehabilitation. From March 2016 to the present, Aly has been employed at RecPlex, following previous roles as a personal trainer at Carthage College from November 2015 to March 2016, Athletico from December 2014 to September 2015, and LA Fitness from March 2014 to December 2014. Aly holds a degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Carthage College, alongside a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine obtained between 2014 and 2015.
