Caroline Parker

Caroline Parker is a dedicated professional with a rich background in recreation management and support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, currently serving as Recreations Manager at Open Door Columbus since May 2024. In addition to this role, Caroline has worked as a Special Needs Camp Counselor at Recreation Unlimited and as a Peer Advisor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Previous experience includes serving as a Prevention and Art Specialist at Directions for Youth & Families, a Sales Associate at Paper Source and Michael Kors, and a Designer at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Studio Arts and Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University, achieved in 2023.
