Jonathan Dexter

Jonathan Dexter has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 with Merrill Corporation as a Developer. Jonathan was involved in the development of internal tools and created tools for the translations business. In 2013, they joined Nerdery as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. Jonathan led and executed projects, performed technical evaluations, and provided feedback. Jonathan also mentored and supported the growth of developers. In 2015, they co-founded Recreogo, where they focused on strategy, go-to-market planning, user experience, and platform development. From 2017 to 2021, they held various roles at Nerdery, including Engineering Practice Director and Senior Director of Engineering. Currently, they are the Partner and CEO of Monkeyjump Labs since 2021.

Jonathan Dexter attended Gustavus Adolphus College from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics.
