Akshay Waghmare

Akshay Waghmare has a diverse work experience in product management and design. From 2018 to the present, they have been working at Recruit CRM, where they started as a UI UX Designer before being promoted to Senior Product Designer and then Senior Product Manager. In these roles, Akshay was responsible for defining solutions to meet customer objectives, implementing usage tracking and analyzing patterns, planning the product roadmap, and integrating analytics tools to monitor product performance. Akshay also managed the end-to-end UX process, conducted user testing, and designed wireframes and sketches. Prior to their time at Recruit CRM, Akshay worked as a Product Designer at Mavericks Web Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. from 2015 to 2018, where they focused on conceptualizing and designing products using various software and programming languages.

Akshay Waghmare obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Information Technology, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust's Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, completing it from 2013 to 2016. Apart from their formal education, Akshay also holds additional certifications in various subjects such as data-driven decision making from Google (obtained in June 2023), product analytics from Mixpanel (obtained in September 2022), as well as certifications in 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, Asp.net, and Auto-Cad from Epic Animation School and Microsoft.
