Sushmita S. has had multiple work experiences. In 2022, they worked at Recruit CRM as an Associate Software Engineer, and prior to that, they were a Trainee Software Engineer at the same company. In 2021, they interned as a Web Development Intern at Medicaps University and also as a Data Science and Business Analytics Intern at The Sparks Foundation.

Sushmita S. completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Medi-Caps University, Pigdamber (Rau) Indore-453331. Sushmita attended this university from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2018, they studied at Scholars' Den Higher secondary school, Khandwa (M.P) and completed their Higher Secondary degree with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).

In addition to their formal education, Sushmita also obtained several certifications.
