Aya Tanimizu

Aya Tanimizu has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment industry. Aya started their career at Procter & Gamble in 2011 as an Associate Manager in Human Resources. After that, they worked at RGF Executive Search as a Consultant, specializing in the Banking and Financial Service Industry from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are the Head of Brand and Marketing Management at RGF International Recruitment, a subsidiary of Recruit Group, the largest HR and recruitment services company in Japan. In this role, they oversee the global brand and marketing strategies for RGF International Recruitment, which offers permanent recruitment solutions in various industries across the Asia Region.

Aya Tanimizu completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a major in Corporate Finance at Kobe University from 2007 to 2011.
