Andrzej Magdziarz

Andrzej Magdziarz is a highly experienced engineer with a diverse background in software development and reservoir engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Recruitee since July 2021, Andrzej transitioned from an Elixir Software Engineer position in a startup from January 2019 to May 2021, having previously worked as a Junior Software Engineer from January 2017 to December 2018. Andrzej's extensive engineering career includes roles such as Lead Reservoir Engineer at OMV and Senior Reservoir Engineer at Xodus Group, along with consulting for various organizations. Andrzej holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Thermodynamics and a Master of Science (MSc) in Natural Gas Engineering, both from AGH University of Science and Technology, where Andrzej also served as a lecturer and researcher for over a decade.
