Kim Sijm

Kim Sijm is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in various roles within finance and audit. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Recruitee since December 2020, Kim previously held the position of Head of Finance at WebAssets from July 2017 to November 2020, managing complex financial scenarios during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading M&A projects. Kim’s career includes roles as Senior Business Controller and Business Controller at WebAssets, where responsibilities included financial process implementation and management reporting. Prior to this, Kim held a Controller position at ATAL-mdc and gained significant audit experience at PwC, progressing from Junior Associate to Manager over nearly a decade. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from NIVRA-Nyenrode School of Accountancy.
