Maarten Olij

Maarten Olij serves as the Head of Sales for Recruitee, overseeing operations in the Benelux, UK&I, and RoW regions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Maarten held various positions at Sana Commerce, including Manager of Sales for LATAM & Iberia, where responsibilities included managing the regional sales team and developing commercial strategies, and Account Executive, focusing on business development and sales of E-Commerce solutions for ERP systems. Maarten's earlier experience includes roles at Baker Tilly Berk as an Administrative Assistant, Medigros as an Intern conducting market research for healthcare products in Spain, and Transfer Latin Business Consultancy as a Junior Consultant. Maarten's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Languages from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and study experiences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, University of Deusto, and St. George College North in Buenos Aires.
