Thijs Arbouw

Thijs Arbouw is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales engineering, consultancy, and process management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Engineering at Recruitee, Thijs focuses on enhancing collaborative hiring through innovative software solutions. Prior to this role, Thijs was the Global Manager of Sales Engineering at Sana Commerce, where responsibilities included driving commercial success and supporting the sales team through technology evaluations.
