Amit Ajmani

Amit Ajmani is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in operations, strategy, and technology development. As Co-Founder of RecruitForMe from 2018 to 2023, Amit led the recruitment business, focusing on product and software development for an identity management platform, employing agile methodologies to manage multiple projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Doxim, where Amit enhanced HR reporting and compliance functions, and as a Senior Recruiter at PeopleToGo, managing recruitment services for over 25 clients while leading a team of recruiters. Amit began a career in IT recruitment at Universal Rosscam, achieving significant improvements in candidate sourcing and time-to-hire. Amit holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology from York University and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Bayview Secondary School.
