Kiran Virupaksha has worked for a variety of companies since 1995. Kiran began their career at DSS Mobile Communications as an Assistant Manager. In 1998, they joined Wipro as a TM - C & SI. Kiran then moved to Data Access India Limited in 2001, where they were a Dy General Manager. In 2006, they became an Enterprise Relationship Manager at Citrix. In 2009, Kiran was hired as an Associate Vice President, Client Services at Theorem. In 2021, they took on the role of Key Client Partner at RecruitingHub.com\u2122, where they are responsible for RecruitingHub.com - AI Driven Online Recruitment Agencies Marketplace. In 2013, Kiran founded and became the MD of NovaMentis IT Consulting India Pvt Ltd.

Kiran Virupaksha's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration in Marketing from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal. Kiran also attended St. Joseph's Indian High School from 1981 to 1988.
