He has done his Engineering from IIT (Indian Institute of technology), Delhi. His contributions have been instrumental in scaling up Recruitment Smart. He is responsible for Sales, Product conceptualization, market definition, Revenue development. He has worked as a Business Unit leader for consulting firms like IBM, HCL, etc in the past. He has business experience in establishing recruitment business in UK and US as a Founder with an annual turnover of over £10 Million.
