Kimberly Cupicha

Kimberly Cupicha has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy and healthcare industries. Kimberly currently holds a position as the Director of Development- Central at Recurrent Energy since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Capital Power as a Senior Business Development Manager from January 2022 to February 2023 and as a Business Development Manager from January 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they held the role of Senior Project Development Manager at Distributed Solar Development, LLC from July 2019 to January 2020 and at GE Solar from April 2019 to January 2020. Kimberly also worked as a Solar Project Manager at GE Solar from August 2016 to December 2019. Before entering the renewable energy sector, Kimberly gained experience in project management through the Project Manager Leadership Program at GE Power & Water from September 2014 to August 2016. Kimberly also pursued an MBA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from September 2013 to August 2014. In the healthcare industry, they worked as a Project Management Specialist at Siemens Healthcare from December 2011 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the role of Customer Operations Manager at Reagents Direct from October 2010 to January 2012 and worked as a Product Operations Specialist and Sales/Service Representative at Stemgent from June 2008 to October 2010.

Kimberly Cupicha obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2013, they pursued further education by enrolling at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2014.
