Dalia Ahmed

Dalia Ahmed, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Recursion since May 2023, contributing to a team focused on utilizing AI to advance pharmaceutical development. Prior experience includes serving as a Junior Drug Discovery Scientist at Cyclica from August 2022 to April 2023, where Dalia applied AI tools for drug discovery in various collaborative projects. Dalia previously held positions as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan from September 2016 to December 2021 and at Ain Shams University from April 2008 to July 2016. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Saskatchewan and both a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Ain Shams University.
