Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill has a strong background in sales and business development, spanning over 15 years of experience. Their most recent position is as the VP of Sales for Recycle Track Systems, where they are responsible for overseeing sales operations in Canada. Before that, they held the same role at RecycleSmart, a commercial waste consulting firm, where they also served as the Director of Business Development. Prior to their roles in the waste management industry, Shane worked as a National Account Executive at Day & Ross Freight and as a Business Development Executive at Trans X, a leading transportation service provider in North America. Shane also has experience as a Key Account Executive at ETSC- Calyx Transportation Group and as a Business Development Manager at ATS - Andlauer Transportation Services. Shane's early career includes a role as an Account Executive at Dynamex.

Shane O'Neill attended Conestoga College from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Business-Marketing Diploma with a focus on Business Administration - Marketing. Shane then pursued further education at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2003 to 2006, earning an Honors BA degree in Business - Communications.
