Garand Webb has a diverse work experience starting with a position as a Financial Analyst Intern at Red Aspen in 2022. Prior to this, Garand worked as a Data Analyst Intern at Pacific Crest Services Independent Insurance Alliance, where they created reports using Microsoft PowerBI and SQL queries to analyze data trends. Garand also gained experience in sales and customer service as a Membership Attendant at Washington State University. As Vice President of the Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, they managed over 80 members and communicated with the national alumni board. Garand also served as an IFC Senator, attending meetings to vote on new laws and regulate fraternity requirements. Garand gained construction experience as a Construction Intern at Mark Guho Construction Company, where they learned to read blueprints and communicate with clients. Additionally, they worked as a Package Handler at FedEx, handling and distributing packages efficiently. Early in their career, Garand was a Cashier at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, where they developed customer service and communication skills.
Garand Webb attended Eagle High School from 2015 to 2019, earning a High School Diploma. Following high school, Webb enrolled at the WSU Carson College of Business in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023. Webb is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems and Finance. In September 2021, Webb obtained a CPR, AED & First Aid Certification from Washington State University.
