Himanshu Kalra (he/him)

Himanshu Kalra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Himanshu'smost recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at Red Balloon Security, Inc., where they partnered with the Founder/CEO to develop and expand the company's business lines. Himanshu managed relationships with the board and built and coached a leadership team. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Capsule and Compass, focusing on people strategy and development.

Before their roles in the technology sector, Himanshu held leadership positions in talent management at The Blackstone Group, PIMCO, Citigroup, and D.E. Shaw & Co. At these organizations, they were involved in various talent initiatives, including CEO assessments, culture evolution, talent pipeline development, and coaching programs.

Himanshu also has experience in management consulting, having worked as an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting. Additionally, they have entrepreneurial experience as the Founder/Entrepreneur of Calvin Electronic Systems.

Throughout their career, Himanshu has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex business environments, build effective teams, and drive organizational development.

Himanshu Kalra has a Master's Degree in Organizational Behaviour and Clinical Psychology from INSEAD. Himanshu also holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with a focus on Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, and Leadership Development. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology.
