Carlton Gracias

Carlton Gracias is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in supply chain management and procurement. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Red Bull since April 2017, Carlton leads multiple functions, including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and indirect procurement, while focusing on cost optimization and team development. Previously held positions include National Operations Head and National Operations Manager at Red Bull, as well as roles at Mars, BASF, and ITC Limited, where Carlton developed and implemented strategies for supply chain efficiency and logistics management. Carlton holds an MBA in Operations from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Production/Industrial Engineering from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering and the University of Mumbai.
