Daniela Sturm

Daniela Sturm is a seasoned professional in talent management and development, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Performance at Red Bull since May 2021. With a strong track record in leading talent initiatives, Daniela previously held the position of Global Lead Talent Development at SKIDATA AG from November 2019 to May 2021, overseeing the entire Talent Management value chain. Daniela's extensive experience at Red Bull includes roles as Manager of Global Talent Management, where contributions involved the development of a global performance management tool and facilitation of leadership training, and various positions focused on global graduate program management and training design. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations with an Eastern European focus from Fachhochschule Eisenstadt.
