Michael Alaimo has a diverse work experience in the HR and recruitment field. Michael started their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Halyard Recruiting in 2012 and then worked as an HR Assistant at Office Angels in 2014. Later that year, they joined Sotheby's as an HR Administrator, where they served for two years before being promoted to Compensation & Benefits Advisor. In 2019, they joined Redburn as an HR, Payroll & Benefits Analyst.
Michael Alaimo completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English at Georgia State University from 2008 to 2012. Michael pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Creative Writing with distinction from Northumbria University between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, they participated in an academic exchange program at Northumbria University from 2010 to 2011, focusing on English.
