Hamilton McJunkin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in compliance management and mortgage operations. Currently serving as the Compliance Manager at Red Canoe Credit Union since 2012, Hamilton has successfully established a Compliance Division and developed an in-house Compliance Management System to mitigate consumer compliance risk. Previously, Hamilton held various roles at BECU, including Mortgage Secondary Marketing Manager and Mortgage Operations Manager, where significant improvements in process flow and risk mitigation were achieved. Hamilton holds an Executive MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Washington.
