Barrett Yates-Mack

Barrett Yates-Mack has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles. Barrett is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Red Cell Partners since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at CrossLead from 2016 until 2022. At CrossLead, they developed and implemented an enterprise leadership solution to enhance organizational adaptability and success.

Prior to CrossLead, Barrett served on the Board of Directors at HEYCO Energy Group since 2009 and at PetroYates, Inc. since 1997. Barrett also held the roles of Chief Financial Officer & Chief Strategy Officer at McChrystal Group from 2014 to 2016 and Vice President at PetroYates, Inc. from 2004 to 2014. Additionally, they served as Vice President and Board of Directors at Adelante Now Foundation from 2002 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Barrett worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch from 2000 to 2004, focusing on real estate transactions.

Barrett Yates-Mack holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Cornell University. Additionally, they have a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Barrett also holds certifications in Series 7 and Series 63.
