Kelly R. is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in elementary and special education. Currently serving as a 5th Grade Elementary Teacher and Grade Level Team Lead at Red Clay Consolidated School District since December 2017, Kelly has taken on multiple leadership roles including Building Science Lead and Novice Teacher Lead Coach. Recognized as the 2022-2023 Linden Hill Elementary Teacher of the Year, Kelly holds several certifications including Elementary Education, Special Education, Middle School English, and Technology Education. Prior to current teaching roles, Kelly worked at the YMCA of Delaware in various positions focusing on youth development and program coordination, and also served as a Ball Girl for the Philadelphia Phillies, promoting sportsmanship and community engagement. Kelly is advancing educational expertise through ongoing doctoral studies at Wilmington University.
