Mark Holder

Mark Holder, CSM, is an experienced property management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at RED Development since May 2013, Mark has effectively managed properties such as The Camelback Colonnade and The Shops at Norterra. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Macerich as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing La Encantada in Tucson, The Promenade at Casa Grande, and the Urban Village/Office Division in the greater Phoenix area. Mark began a career in property management at Westcor, where responsibilities included Operations and General Manager from June 1990 to April 2000.
