Karamat Husain

Karamat Husain, MBA, CHRL, PHRi, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Red Door Family Shelter since March 2021, contributing strategic and operational leadership in HR and labor relations. Prior to this role, Karamat worked with TNO - The Neighbourhood Organization as an HR Generalist-Special Projects, where HR infrastructure was developed for the Integrated Healthcare services model, and previously as an HR Consultant managing various HR processes. Earlier career experience includes positions at The Adecco Group as a Senior Staffing Coordinator, Dulsco as a Senior Executive in Recruitment & Payroll, and A J Group as a Coordinator in HR & Office Administration. Karamat's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a certification in Occupational Health and Safety from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health, and further education at York University.
