Ana Abril

Ana Abril has been working in the electricity sector since 1991. Ana started their career at Red Eléctrica de España, where they spent 26 years in various positions. In their most recent role as Jefa Departamento Gestión Talento, they were responsible for managing the talent department. In 2017, they left Red Eléctrica de España to join Access to Information on the Electricity System Department at Red Eléctrica. Ana has a degree in Human Resources from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Ana Abril has a degree in Industrial Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (U.N.E.D.), a teaching degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a management degree from Esade. Ana also has a compensation certificate from peoplematters and a PADE-Programa de Alta Dirección from the Escuela de Organización Industrial.
