Deirdre Grant

Deirdre Grant currently serves as Managing Director at Red Flag Consulting since February 2018 and has held the position of Non Executive Director at Oxfam Ireland from April 2018 to September 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Public Affairs at Teneo PSG from July 2016 to January 2018 and as Special Advisor to the Minister for Business & Employment at the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation from September 2014 to May 2016. Additionally, Deirdre worked as Director of Communications/Special Adviser at the Department of Education and Skills - Ireland from April 2011 to July 2014, Director of Communications at Haven from January 2009 to May 2010, and as a Communications & Development Consultant while self-employed from April 2008 to January 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Dublin City University and a Master’s Degree in HIV/AIDS and Society from the University of Cape Town.
