Emma C.

Emma C. has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 with a role in Branding at Fisher Investments. In 2009 they moved to Marketing at Yoga Journal, followed by Internal Audit/Advisory at KPMG in 2011. That same year, they began working at RED Interactive Agency, where they held roles as Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, and Associate Director, Talent Acquisition + HR. In 2017, they moved to World 50, Inc. as a Producer and then in 2018 they took on the role of North America CEO Practice Specialist at Egon Zehnder. Finally, in 2019 they began their current role as Director, Talent Acquisition + HR at Red Games Co., a mobile game studio focused on creating multi-generational, family-friendly mobile games and experiences.

Emma C. graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Communications. Emma is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
