Hung Phan

Hung Phan has extensive experience in project management, currently serving as a project manager at Red Hawk Fire & Security since August 2004, where responsibilities include managing fire alarm projects. Prior experience includes a role as project manager at Phoenix Pacific Guam from March 1993 to August 2004, along with earlier positions as an application engineer and media system technician at Rancho Santiago Community College District from January 1989 to March 1993. Hung Phan holds a NICET Level 3 certification in fire alarm technology, earned between 1994 and 2014, and an associate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Diversified Technical College, completed in 1988.
