Andrea Beauvais

Andrea Beauvais has extensive experience in customer service and operations within digital environments, currently serving as a Digital Operations Coordinator at Red Line Editorial since May 2014. In this role, Andrea manages the creation of company accounts for patrons to access ebooks and provides assistance in resolving product-related issues. Prior experience includes a position as a Food Service Employee at the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs, where Andrea supported veterans with dietary needs and meal preparation between June 2011 and June 2014. Andrea's background also includes work as a Library Student Worker and Library Intern at Luther College, where responsibilities encompassed processing inter-library loans, repairing books, and training new staff.
