Christy Tortland

Christy Tortland is an accomplished executive assistant and children's book author with extensive experience in both administrative support and writing. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant at New England Stem Cell Institute since August 2019, Christy efficiently manages a busy specialist physician's calendar and correspondence. As a ghostwriter for Reedsy since October 2022, Christy has collaborated with notable publishers such as HarperCollins and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, focusing primarily on children's literature while also engaging in biography and historical nonfiction projects. Christy has authored several children's books, including "The Leprechaun's Rainbow" and "Heavy-Machine Operators on the Job."
