Steve Simpson

Steve Simpson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Steve started their career as an Electrical Engineer Tech at Filtronic/SIGTEK in 2001 and worked there until 2005.

In 2006, they joined GD C4 Systems as a Sr Electrical Engineer, where they gained experience in engineering design, hardware development, and product data analysis in the electronics communications industry. Steve worked there until 2013.

In 2011, Steve became a School Director - President at Red Lion Area School District. Steve was responsible for working with a team to improve the educational experience for students within the district.

In 2014, they joined BD Diagnostics as a Staff Engineer/ Electrical. Steve then transitioned into the role of Sr Manufacturing Electrical Engineer, where they provided manufacturing support to existing products in the medical electronic industry, reduced costs, troubleshooted issues, and ensured compliance with FDA guidelines. Steve also had extensive experience with product documentation.

Steve Simpson attended SUN Area Technical School in New Berlin, Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1987, where they received a Certificate of Completion in Electronics. Steve then went on to Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York from 1988 to 1990, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. Finally, from 1990 to 1992, Steve studied at Capital College, Pennsylvania State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
