John Claus

John Claus has extensive work experience in human resources, holding leadership roles in various companies. John worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at Red Lion Controls from 2017 onwards. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at Mauser from 2015-2017, leading HR transformation for the industrial packaging manufacturer. From 2007-2015, they worked at TE Connectivity, starting as a Director of Human Resources and progressing to Senior Director roles, overseeing global HR functions for several business units. Before that, they worked at Armstrong World Industries as a Senior Manager of Labor Relations and Human Resources. John began their career at Pepsi Bottling Group as a Senior Human Resources Manager, handling HR responsibilities for a large sales and distribution business. John Claus started in the field of employee relations at United Technologies.

John Claus earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo from 1989 to 1993. John then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations / HR from Cornell University from 1993 to 1995.
