Ron Baum

Ron Baum has a strong background in software engineering and management. Ron began their career at Neill Corporation in 1999 as a Software Developer and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2017, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Mentor Graphics. In 2017, Ron joined Red Lion Controls, initially as a Principal Software Engineer until 2019. Ron then became a Software Engineering Manager until 2022, when they were promoted to the role of Director of Software, which they currently hold.

Ron Baum attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
