Stephen Fielding

Stephen Fielding has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 40 years. Stephen started their career at Transmitton Ltd as a Project Engineer in 1980 and later worked as a Project Manager at Spectra Tek UK Ltd from 1987 to 1991. Stephen then joined Daniel Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as an Engineering Manager from 1991 to 1997 before moving on to Willowglen Services as the Manager of Projects until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, Stephen worked at Emerson Process Management Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as a Business Development Manager. Stephen then joined Ronan Engineering in 2009 as a Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. Stephen has been associated with Red Lion Controls since 2010, where they began as the Regional Sales Manager for the UK and Eire until 2014. Stephen then served as the Senior Director of Sales for EMEA from 2015 to 2019 and currently holds the position of Senior Director of Sales, Europe since 2020.

Stephen Fielding's education history consists of various academic achievements. Stephen began their formal education at Preisthorpe Secondary School from 1971 to 1975, where they obtained O levels in English, Physics, Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Technical Drawing, and Geography. Following this, Fielding attended Pudsey Grammar School from 1975 to 1977, where they earned their A levels in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.

Subsequently, Fielding pursued further studies at the University of Central Lancashire from 1977 to 1980, where they obtained their HND degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Stephen continued their educational journey at the same university, completing their CEI part 2 degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from 1980 to 1981.

Additionally, Fielding obtained a certification in "Disrupting Yourself" from LinkedIn in August 2020. This certification showcases their commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
