Damien Alexander

Damien Alexander is an accomplished managing partner and founder of Red Matter Consulting, specializing in portfolio management and IT consulting since November 2018. Previously, as Project Management Director at Vector Solutions from January 2020 to September 2023, Damien streamlined operations across 22 business units, driving improvements in call center performance and efficiency.
