Allison Slaybaugh

Allison Slaybaugh's work experience includes a role as VP of Operations at Red Monkey Foods, Inc. where they are responsible for driving profitable business growth. Allison also served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Senior Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety, and Quality Manager at the same company. Prior to that, they worked at Chestnut Food Safety Solutions as a Microbiology Training and Quality Systems Supervisor, Training and Quality Systems Coordinator, Lead Microbiologist, and Microbiologist. Allison started their career as a Hydrologist Technician at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).

Allison Slaybaugh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from The University of Kansas in a period spanning from 2005 to 2009. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Northwest Missouri State University, from 2014 to 2016. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, they are enrolled in the Michigan State University College of Law pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence degree with a focus on Global Food Law. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications related to food safety, including Advanced SQF Practitioner from the SQF Institute in February 2021, Food Defense Qualified Individual from AIB International, Inc in April 2019, and Preventive Controls Qualified Individual from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in July 2018, among others.
