Wendy Capraro, MBA/ACC, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Wendy began their career as an Accountant at Sun Health, where they quickly rose through the ranks and took on increasing responsibilities. In this role, they handled various financial tasks such as preparing financial statements, budget variance analysis, bank reconciliations, and audit preparation.

Wendy then transitioned to the position of Payroll Manager at Sun Health, where they managed the payroll department and supervised a team of four employees. Wendy was responsible for overseeing the bi-weekly payroll process for nearly 4,500 employees and also managed the outsourcing of the executive payroll.

After their time at Sun Health, Wendy moved on to work as an Assistant Controller at Tempe St. Lukes. Here, they played a vital role in the month-end close process, ensuring financial accuracy. Wendy also reviewed junior staff level entries and prepared journal entries.

Joining Arizona Oncology Services as the Corporate Controller, Wendy oversaw and directed the organization's financial affairs. Wendy also developed and implemented finance and accounting infrastructure to support five separate corporate entities. Wendy Capraro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix between the years 2000 and 2003.
