Olena Shutko has extensive experience in customer success and legal support, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Red Points since May 2017, where responsibilities include onboarding new accounts, creating success plans, conducting quarterly reviews, and achieving significant account retention and upselling. Olena's legal background includes positions as In-house Lawyer at Fozzy Group, providing comprehensive legal support for various contracts, and as Paralegal at United Basketball Investments, focusing on land and building agreements. Olena holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
