Gerard Thompson is an experienced professional with a background in customer success and program management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Red River since April 2013, Gerard has also held the position of Support Services Program Manager in the same company. Prior to this role, Gerard was the Executive Director at Green Mountain Children's Center from February 2010 to April 2013. Experience also includes serving as Director of HR at Cohort International from February 2006 to January 2010 and working as an Account Executive at Centurion Insurance Group between 2001 and 2003. Gerard holds a B.S. in Management from Granite State College, completed between 2002 and 2004, and graduated from Ponaganset High School.
