Chad Congrove

Chad Congrove is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and culinary innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Red Robin since April 2023, Chad previously held key roles at Torchy's Tacos as VP Supply Chain and Director of Supply Chain. Chad also gained valuable experience at Wallingford Coffee & Tea as Director of Supply Chain and at Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC as Sr. Director of Culinary & Product Innovation. Additional experience includes positions at Bob Evans Farms, Inc. and Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as Director of Purchasing & Procurement and Executive Chef, respectively. Chad holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Columbus State Community College.
